Casa Anadia Dao’s wine wishes to remind the connections to Palace to years of production of previous centuries and results in a splendid combi nation of varieties that give rise to an elegant and mineral wine lively and deep red color.
Fragrance and delicate flavors of red fruits associ ated with floral notes. Elegant body, with firm tannins of great finesse in perfect balance between alcohol and acidity, thus characterized this wine as a faithful example of secular tradition.
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Jaen.
Vinification: With maceration pre-fermentation at low temperature, and with rise in temperature during fermentation up to 26 degrees with many soft remakes.
Maturation: 9 months in barrels of second usage.
Total Acidity: 4,87 g/L
Residual Sugar: 0,9 g/L
