G&T #4

  • 5cl of BULLDOG Gin
  • 20cl of Tonic Water
  • Green grape carpaccio
  • Rosemary
  • Coriander

Fill the glass with ice and chill it stiring the ice in a circular motion. Remove the excess water.
Add the green grape carpaccio, a sprig of rosemary and the coriander.
Pour 5cl of BULLDOG Gin and 20cl of tonic water slowly.
Serve.
