  • Ice
  • 2 spoons of maple syrup or honey
  • 5ml of cointreau
  • 50ml of tequila KAH
  • 150ml passion fruit juice
  • Lemon and salt for garnish

Add salt on a plate. Spread lime on the rim of each glass, then dip them on the salt. Into a cocktail shaker, add the ice, maple syrup, cointreau, tequila and passion fruit juice. Shake it well and pour over the glasses, straining the ice.
