SOUR LAND

  • 5cl of BULLDOG Gin
  • 20cl of Tonic Water
  • Cinnamon
  • 3-4  Cardamom seeds
  • Orange Zest

Fill the glass with ice and chill it stiring the ice in a circular motion. Remove the excess water.
Add the Cardamom seeds and the Cinnamon stick. Flavor the glass edge with orange zest before inserting into the cup.
Pour 5cl of BULLDOG Gin and 20cl of tonic water, slowly.
Serve.
